ABOUT ANGELA
I’ve always trusted my own path.
Now I can help you trust yours.
Coach, mum, partner, aunty, sister, daughter and friend, and usually the person people call when they need to talk something through.
WHO I AM
I’m a woman, a mum, a partner, a sister, a daughter and a friend amongst the many hats I wear. Each of those roles has taught me something about listening and about showing up for the people I love in different based based on what they need.
I’m also often the person people turn to when they need guidance, whether is a big decision or something small they just need to talk through. I’ve never taken that lightly. Being trusted with someone’s questions is a privilege, and it a big part of why I became a coach.
WHAT I BELIEVE
You know you best
The answers you need are already in you. My job is to help you hear them clearly.
Curiosity before judgement
Everyone’s path has been shaped by something. I’d rather understand it than label it.
Values are the compass
When your choices line up with what matters most to you, the next step gets clearer.
Growth is worth investing in
Time and energy spent on your own growth is never waster, as long as you do the work.
When I stop my moving forward, my values are usually in the back seat.
I lean on my personal values as the guiding tenets of my life. And I’ve noticed a pattern: when I’m not progressing, it’s almost always because my values have taken a back seat and I’ve stopped prioritizing them.
I don’t see that as failure. It’s a signal. Bringing these personal beliefs back to the front is what gets me moving again, and it’s exactly what I help my clients do.
WHERE I FIND PERSPECTIVE
Travel is one of my great loves. Every new place is a reminder that there’s more than one way to live a good life, and that the right path looks different for everyone.
It also feeds my curiosity about people: how they live, what they value and what has shaped them. That same curiosity is what I bring to every coaching session.
SUPPORTING INTERESTS
WHERE I’VE DONE FURTHER LEARNING
My further study keeps coming back to one question:what helps people feel and do their best at work? Currently that has been focussed in 3 main areas but I’m always looking for new ways to build my knowledge.
Emotional culture
How a workplace feels day to day, and the unspoken rules about which emotions are welcome. It shapes whether people feel safe, valued and able to do their best work.
Workplace rituals
The small, repeated moments that build connect and meaning in a team, from how the week begins to how wins and goodbyes are marked and everything that contributes to the outcomes in between.
Neurodiversity
How people who think differently experience work, and how careers and workplaces can fit them, not the other way around. I love working with neurodiverse clients and have experience working with a number of people with ADHD.
These studies shape how I coach. They help me see whether something feels off because of you, your role or the environment around you, and that difference matters when you’re deciding what comes next.
If this sounds like someone you’d like in your, corner let’s talk.
Book a free clarity call and tell me where you’re at. I’ll listen without judgement, ask curious questions to go deeper, and help you work out what feels right for you.
